We appreciated our time here. The idea to include coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge in the queen room was nice.

A great hotel! Very friendly staff, big rooms with comfortable beds, soft towels, pool was amazing and it was all very accommodating!
Room service wasn't all that great and location isn't the best. No where to really walk and get breakfast or anything.

On New Year's Eve I was a bit worried there would be a lot of noise during he night. We had an end room and it was very quiet and clean!

The location, parking, fast elevaters, pool.
They were experiencing power surges last full day of stay no internet, only local channels, and pool closed for painting. I spoke with managers they apologized & did open pool 3 hours later and phoned me to let me know. They also adjusted my bill for all the inconveniences. I would stay there again.

The rooms were dated and the price was way above what we normally spend for that type of room.

Very nice place. My daughter loved the pool and we all loved the breakfast.

LOVED the Shower & the big Fresh Towels!!! Liked that it was indoor ~ watched the storm overhead!
But, it needed attention. Refinish the bottom of the pool & the Jacuzzi needed refinishing as well. *** Ran out of pool towels.

It was in a good area and easy access to highway and many stores
The shower handle fell off right away, phone didn't work, hair dryer only worked on low and only at certain times, was given the wrong WiFi password twice, and the carpet was wet from the guest prior obviously from wet towels left on the floor
